This Win was 10 Years in the Making

I've recently come up for air after almost 10 years (!) struggling to get kids up, ready and out the door. 

The difference maker? 

Both of my kids are now old enough to follow their own checklist that reminds them what to do before they walk out the door.

I help them when they ask, but mostly they enjoy the fact that they're in charge of how they do it, and I leave them alone.

It's the cutest little rudimentary system and it works like magic.

Systems don't have to be complicated.
